Rattlesnake Aversion Training: 1 of 2 Events

Back by popular demand! For those who love to get out and be active with their dogs and are no stranger to the dangers of rattlesnakes! We CAN teach our dogs some avoidance strategies to help keep every buddy safe. Due to the massive turnout of previous events and additional interest, Hope2K9 will be hosting 2 rattlesnake aversion classes this year!

It is recommended puppies should be at least 6 months old but we are happy to evaluate all 5-7-month-olds to ensure each individual is developmentally mature enough to make the correct associations during training (since some individuals mature more quickly or slowly than others). If we don’t feel a puppy is ready, he or she won’t be trained but there will be no charge for the eval. If your puppy is not of age for our June event, then please register and save your spot for our September 8th class.

Heavily dog aggressive or people aggressive dogs are still totally fine, but we do require for you to note that on the form and keep a safe distance from other attendees until it is your turn to check in and a trainer will come to meet you when it’s time.
